The Tucson Community Music School is home to the award-winning Tucson Jazz Institute, Tucson Symphonic Winds, and recording label TJI Jazz. We are dedicated to music education taught by seasoned professionals in a positive and stimulating environment. We offer music classes in jazz combo, jazz big band, jazz vocal, concert band and music technology, as well as private lessons for students of all ages. In addition to classes, we create an opportunity for students to share ideas, practice, record, sit in with instructors on professional performances, and travel. We routinely take our students to various jazz festivals and competitions around the world earning top awards. |
